Delivery & Returns- Policy

  • The customer has the right to refuse to receive the product without paying any cost (shipping fees) in the following cases:

- Color difference - difference in size – and or dimensions - product damage due to shipping

  • The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt and bear the shipping costs in the following cases:

- Color difference - difference size and or in dimensions - product damage due to shipping.

- Products should be returned in the original packaging.

- Package was never opened, i.e. is sealed.

 

  • The customer has the right to cancel his order or amendment before receipt without incurring any expenses (except in the case of special requests)
    by canceling the original order and making a new one

Down Payment:

- Is eligible for custom made products & it's mentioned in product specs For the payment options the customer can get it through our

customer service channels

 

Down Payment Return:

- IF the product mismatch the required specs & can't be fixed by the manufacturer.

- The down payment is non-refundable if you request to cancel the order without reason before receiving it. 

- In case you are eligible for a refund, it will take from 5 to 7 business days.

- For special requests (special measurements and specifications), an amount is deducted from the applicant according to the following schedule

- Through our correspondence via the Social Media Websites (Facebook or Instagram)

 

How to amend the order.

- To make any changes to your order after completing the order, we will cancel the current order and make a new order with the required changes.

How to cancel the order.

- By contacting us through our Facebook and Instagram pages or sending an email to order@kindastores.com in case the order is prepaid,

your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

 

 

  • Products cannot be returned if any modifications are made to them by disassembly or installation by other than the company's technicians.

  • After submitting the return request, our team will assess your complaint and contact you within 72 hours. If your request is approved, you can choose between one of the following:

    • ​1- Return and Full Refund We will notify you of the status of the refund after the inspection, and the price of the product will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

    • 2- Arrange for Repair: We will send a technician to receive/repair the item.

    • 3- Replace the order: We will send a representative to receive the product (s) and we will make a new order for you.

 

The refund timeframe depends on the original payment method you used to place your order, as follows:

- Cashback: on the same day of receiving the product (applies only to residents of Alexandria - the value of the product will be refunded to the bank accounts of other governorates.

- Bank Refund: 5-10 business days. (Subject to change according to the policy of the card issuer)
